Laurent & Clark

Laurent runs along De Maisonneuve Boulevard. Clark is nearby, on the street of the same name. The two buildings are twins—but not identical! They share everything, so that you can enjoy the best of both worlds: outside, there are parties, concerts, shows, museums, the best food, a profusion of trendy boutiques; here, at home, a comfortable, serene, and peaceful setting awaits you.

“I wanted to create a residential building that would enrich the Quartier des spectacles and be worthy of its place near Place des Arts.”

— Jean-Pierre LeTourneux, architect

The architecture is resolutely contemporary

Inspired by the neighbourhood’s bubbling energy and cosmopolitan atmosphere, a textured treatment enhances the Clark façade, showcasing geometric modulations that use colourful, luminous, and crystalline materials.

Enter the lobby, and take your semiprivate elevator. The Laurent & Clark features units with both eastern and western exposure, unheard of elsewhere in Montreal: they give you a view of both horizons. To the rear, you can gaze over the private garden that leads out to the spa and relaxation spaces. When you face the city, you get a splendid view of Mount Royal, with downtown as a backdrop.
